The hotel's reception staff were incredibly welcoming and professional. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bed, towels and linens were of excellent quality. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and it was just a short walk from the bus station. the value for money was exceptional, especially as I was upgraded to a junior suite, which was a fantastic surprise.
To be honest, I cannot think of anything negative to mention about my stay at this hotel. Everything was beyond my expectations, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
